At Nor-Cal Vinyl Inc. we specialize in custom patio covers, gazebos, fencing, gates, and porch railing. We usually stock 3 and 4 rail fencing and 35 different profiles of vinyl. From these 35 profiles we can fabricate custom patio covers, gazebos, custom fences, custom gates, custom porch railing. Anything out of wood can be made out of vinyl. We have been fabricating vinyl for 10 years. Our vinyl is custom routed with a C N C (Computer Numeric Control) router. We fabricate vinyl from lineals at the angles needed to meet your needs. Vinyl is available in white, tan, khaki or sandstone. We offer material based quotes off of your proposed drawings. We custom make gates to fit your opening. Our goal is to offer the consumer the very best product available at the best price. We offer the best product and customer service for the contractor or do-it-yourselfer.

About vinyl

Our vinyl has a limited lifetime transferable warranty not to warp, crack, peel, rot or discolor. Vinyl contains titanium dioxide pigment for long term, ultraviolet light resistance and acrylic impact modifiers for strength and durability. Our vinyl is extruded from 100% virgin PVC. Vinyl is non-toxic and stands up to harsh weather conditions. Vinyl is quiet in the rain, and will not fade or crack from the harsh sunlight. Vinyl doesn’t retain heat like wood or composite. No yearly painting or staining. Vinyl is lightweight, permanent, durable, yet stylish and practical.
